SUI DHAAGA is a new upcoming Hindi movie starring Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma. The movie is inspired by the Indian government’s flagship program ‘Make In India’. The film is a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi’s vision and bold steps which he took in the India’s freedom struggles. SUI DHAAGA is set to be released on the occasion of Bapu’s 148th birth anniversary. After a long time the very talented character artist Raghuveer Yadav will also be seen in this movie who is playing the role of Mauji’s (Varun Dhawan) father. The film is directed by Sharat Katariya who had also directed Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015). Sui Dhaaga is being produced by Maneesh Sharma with whom Anushka had already worked in Band Baaja Baaraat (2010) and Ladies vs Ricky Bahl (2011). Music of this film is composed by Anu Malik. Along with the direction Sharat Katariya has also written the script of Sui Dhaaga.
