In Deewanapan Raju (Khesari Lal Yadav) lives in a village with his mother and his friend (Sanjay Mahanand). In the village itself there is an enemy of Raja, Ghunghru (Sanjay Pandey). Raja lost his heart once the actress Kajal Raghwani had given her performance in his village. And since that day raja always thinks of her and wants her to be a part of her life and live life life happily. He becomes so obsessed with her that he even keeps her poster on the walls of village.

But such kind of madness is not liked by Ghunghru and once tries to tear the poster where raja beats him in front of tyhe village. With this fight the head of the village (Mukhiua) takes decisio n if Raja agrees her to get married with him Ghunghru will have to leave his home and his belongings and live upon begging alms for a month. This decision forces Raja to leave his village for the film city where Kajal Raghwani lives.
The film is strictly written by Manoj K Khushwaha and directed by Suraj Shah. The film has good number of melodious songs written by Pyare Lal Yadav ” Kavi Ji ” , Azad Singh , Shyam Dehati & Pawan Pandey and composed by Rajnish Mishra.
